“I think there are a lot of people on the internet who think Viagra is really just a recreational drug,” said Mike Gee, owner of Primavera. “It can be dangerous, but it’s the safest, most effective drug ever.”
The drug is the latest in a class of drugs known as nitrates that are used to help treat angina. The drug’s U. S. labeling lists the use of nitroglycerin (Nitrostat) in erectile dysfunction.
“We see more and more of these in the U. and we’re seeing more of them,” said Primavera spokesman John Bresch, whose company has produced Primavera, a product of the U. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for erectile dysfunction.
“I think there are a lot of people on the internet who think Viagra is really just a recreational drug,” he said.
Viagra is the only prescription drug approved by the FDA for treating erectile dysfunction. Its U. labeling includes the drug in a drug class known as nitroglycerin. A separate drug class called “angina medications” is used to treat other cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks and strokes.
The FDA has not approved Primavera, but Gee and his company, Groupe-Plus, have approved it for the treatment of angina in the U. and it’s the only prescription drug to treat the condition. Other erectile dysfunction drugs, including Viagra, are also approved for treating the condition.
But Gee said his business has seen a resurgence of anxiety about the drug, especially with the growing demand for Viagra and similar drugs.
“We’re not going to see a lot of anxiety and we’re not going to give any more than what we’ve got,” he said.
In a statement, Gee said Primavera “has made significant progress in bringing to market a new product that works in a very similar way to the original Primavera and has been shown to be effective in treating erectile dysfunction.”
In May, Gee said Primavera was available online. The company said the online sale will be open through Monday, with the U. pharmacy and drugstore starting Monday.
Gee said he plans to open a retail pharmacy in New York City this year.
Primavera is a type of blood pressure medication known as a “prodrug,” meaning it is an anhydurate or water-based solution that is given to patients with conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or a heart condition. The drug is also known as a “nitrate” or “poppers”.
It can also be a “popper” and may have other uses as an anti-diabetic drug.
Gee said he’s not seeing any problems with Primavera’s ability to treat erectile dysfunction. In fact, Gee said Primavera is one of the few FDA-approved products for treating erectile dysfunction.
“We are going to be very concerned about the safety and efficacy of Primavera in treating erectile dysfunction,” he said.
In February, Primavera was approved for sale by a U. health care provider for treating erectile dysfunction. It is available in four strengths: 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg.
Gee said he plans to sell Primavera in the U. and in the U. K. He said Primavera has made significant progress in bringing to market a new product that works in a very similar way to the original Primavera. In April, he said, he started looking for another drug to treat erectile dysfunction.
“We haven’t seen a significant increase in the number of new prescriptions for Primavera,” he said.
Gee said he’s not sure how much of a share the drug is selling.
“I’m not sure how much of it is in the U. S.,” he said.
Gee said the FDA has not approved the product to treat erectile dysfunction.
